Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has worked in partnership with The Anne Robson Trust since 2019. Led by Coordinator Caroline, the Butterfly Volunteers offer time, compassion, and a calm presence to people in their final days of life, supporting not only patients but also those close to them.

BBC features our work with the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital’s Butterfly Volunteers during Dying Matters Week.
The Butterfly Volunteer Service was established at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in partnership with the Anne Robson Trust in 2019 and currently has 46 Butterfly Volunteers who have completed more than 10,000 visits.
