Since 2018, more than 50,000 people have been supported, through our partnerships with NHS Trusts, hospices, and community services, and the dedication of their end of life volunteer teams.
Project Manager
Salary - £40,000
Hybrid - Hybrid with travel across England
Contract - Permanent
We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the day to day delivery of our healthcare partnerships, helping to bring support to people who are dying and those close to them.
You’ll work closely with NHS, statutory and third sector partners to coordinate projects, support partner organisations and maintain high-quality, consistent delivery across our services.
The role will involve managing project set up, training, monitoring and reporting, while building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious charity and play an important part in expanding the reach and impact of our support.
