The people behind our work

We're a small team based in Stevenage, working across partnerships, fundraising, marketing and operations to support our growing network of healthcare partners across the UK. Together we work to reach more people, build new relationships, and help bring comfort and companionship to those who need it most.

Meet the team

Liz Pryor
Founder & CEO

I founded the Anne Robson Trust because I believe that no one deserves to die alone. What began as a personal commitment to supporting people who are dying has grown into a charity that helps people, communities and organisations think differently about death and dying.

Nick Gardiner
Director of Operations

Having experienced both positive and challenging experiences of family members dying, I’m proud to be part of an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference to people at such an important time.

Lynn Green
Head of Partnerships

I’ve seen first hand the difference a Butterfly volunteer can make to not only to the dying but those who care from them. To be part of a national organisation improving end of life care through our increasing network of Butterfly volunteers is a privilege.

Cath Cole
Head of Fundraising

We all face death and dying, but too few of us feel able to talk about it. The Anne Robson Trust is breaking this silence, and I hope to use my fundraising experience to help more people access the charity's expertise and care.

Jason Hodges
Fundraising Manager

I wanted to raise funds for a small charity that makes a big difference, so I jumped at the chance to work at the Anne Robson Trust. Seeing how donations of all size translate into people receiving the support they need at a critical time in their life is a big buzz.

Abbey Pow
Marketing Manager

‘No one deserves to die alone’ is something I connected with straight away. It feels like a very meaningful way to use my practical skills, helping more people understand that support can be there for people who are dying and those close to them.

Hannah French
Community Butterfly Volunteer Manager

I work for the Anne Robson Trust because I believe death and dying should be talked about more openly. By supporting and normalising this part of life, we empower patients and families while helping to reduce fear of the unknown.

Paige Pearson
Project Officer

Motivated by the loss of my grandfather to cancer, I am proud to contribute to the Anne Robson Trust’s mission. I draw on 10 years of NHS experience to deliver compassionate, impactful support at every opportunity.

Isabella Hopkinson
Partnership Manager
