Marianne is a RGN with 25 years experience in the NHS and private sector, qualifying at St Thomas’ Hospital, London.  For the last 9 years she has been working as a consultant working on various projects for private healthcare companies and also NHS England and Public Health England, specialising in research projects in offender health and substance misuse.


Having joined the Anne Robson Trust in January 2019,  Marianne is excited to be joining the team leading on training and business development for the charity. Having lost 2 friends to cancer in their 40’s, she is passionate about people being empowered to understand more about death and dying, and will be working alongside the team to promote and deliver bespoke workshops to both professionals and the general public on this subject.


Marianne is married with three children and a Labrador and lives in Essex.
