This team is drawn from the local community, NHS staff and volunteers, and includes the Chief Nurse of the trust (who is also one of our esteemed Patrons).
We had such an amazing group of people in the room. Such diverse skills and expertise.
We started with group discussions on how a Butterfly Volunteer can approach and leave a dying patient. This is some thought provoking stuff, and sometimes a difficult conversation.
