Interviewed by Pippa Quelch on her afternoon show yesterday, Ben explains what motivates him to take on the challenge and why he chose to support the Anne Robson Trust as his charity, along with the RNLI where he volunteers.

Ben has set himself a tough target: to tackle 80km on foot, bicycle, and rowing by the time he reaches his special day at the end of August. That’s a staggering 240km in 4 weeks – we’re exhausted just thinking about it!
